Sales Operations Administrator

**Department: Sales Operations**
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, enter, schedule and confirm customer purchase orders by creating and managing sales orders
- Allocate and commit supply to sales orders
- Release sales orders to warehouse for shipping
- Create new customer set-ups in EPR system
- Professionally communicate with external and internal customers, dealers and sales field representatives
- Proactively reschedule orders when supply issues arise
- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies in the order entry process
- Proactively communicate issues/delays
- Assist with inventory and warehouse management
- Provide support with price lists as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience supporting a sales team with order entry, allocation and order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, reliable, responsible and punctual
- Excellent keyboarding skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to provide excellent customer care with professionalism in both written and verbal communications in English.
- Ability to handle the changing needs and environment of a fast moving company
- Aptitude for puzzle and problem solving
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, MRP System(s). NetSuite a plus
**Education/Experience**:
- Order administration experience highly preferred
- General education degree or equivalent work related experience highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
