**Who we are looking for**:
We are recruiting an Accountant Trainee to manage and control travel expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling Monthly Expenses Reports of MSXI employee.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process employee travel expenses
- Create monthly supplier payment batches
- Support employees on travel expenses issues
- Support the Finance Coordinator in preparing reports

**Requirements**:

- Experience in data entry
- Passion for statistical analysis
- Business knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Ability to work towards deadlines and deliver as part of a team
- Attention to details
- Interpersonal skills;
- Aptitude for problem solving.

**Languages**:

- Italian native
- English (good knowledge)

**Working Pattern**:
The activities will be carried from Italy (Rome)
