Liquidation Planner

The Opportunity For a permanent part time position (20h) in the Liquidation Department we are looking for a Liquidation Planner who will be responsible for defining the correct sales strategy of distressed inventory. You will manage goods for different strategy sales: Web (Refurbishment and second life), Outlet, PopUp, Jobber In this role you will have responsibility for maximizing recovery, analyse perfomance and defining the correct price for web promo and popup developing support networks with local counterparts and contacts to support QVC IT with its Liquidation web activity. Your Impact We are looking for someone who demonstrates analytical skills and insightful business acumen that, working closely with the business teams, will help us to guarantee the best shopping experience for our customers. Reporting to the Manager Liquidation and Product Central some of you responsibilities will be: - Manage discontinued and distressed goods to maximize recovery on Liquidated inventory.- Execute the liquidation plan and strategy across a variety of platforms and categories.- Ensuring maximum recovery contribution is obtained.- Maintain accurate Liquidation inventory database information- Coordinates with other company departments and external partners for the operational work processes such as the organization of a liquidation events.- Develops inventory reports to facilitate the Manager's definition of the most appropriate sales strategy monitoring stocks for selects items suitable for Web, Popup and Jobber sales. What you bring- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (with a focus on Excel).- Good verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.- Experience of office administrative practices and procedures including the use of standard office equipment.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role such as Planner Retail.z LI-DM1 Li-Hybrid INDIT If you enjoy being a part of a team, creating experiences and delighting customers, it’s so you.
