Per la sede di Sesto Fiorentino, Eli Lilly Italia è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in un percorso di **stage extra-curriculare in ambito Operations **all’interno di uno dei nostri reparti produttivi. La risorsa si occuperà di analizzare il processo di manifattura dell’Insulina al fine di predisporre un sistema di pianificazione adeguata delle varie fasi, individuare eventuali ottimizzazioni e collaborare alla preparazione del reparto per ispezione enti regolatori.

**La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti **attività**:

- Supportare il team di reparto nella predisposizione di un sistema di pianificazione delle varie fasi di produzione dei nostri farmaci;
- Raccogliere e analizzare dati dal campo e dai sistemi di supporto;
- Identificare i parametri operativi indicativi dell’efficienza del processo;
- Formulare proposte di ottimizzazione di processi e tempistiche;
- Housekeeping del reparto tramite supporto 5S lean tools;
- Attività di practice vs procedures e revisione SOP;
- Utilizzare i sistemi informatici a supporto del processo produttivo;
Durante il percorso di stage, la risorsa avrà l’opportunità di conoscere i processi di manufacturing in ambito farmaceutico e i relativi sistemi informatici, metodologie ed indicatori di analisi di efficienza a supporto. Inoltre avrà la possibilità di interfacciarsi direttamente con team cross-funzionali di reparto, altre funzioni aziendali e livelli organizzativi.

**Requisiti minimi richiesti**:

- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria, Chimica o CTF
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Doti comunicative ed analitiche
