We are delighted to be bringing to market an exclusive permanent role with a top tier Global Law firm. The firm are looking to hire a Business Development Manager into their Rome or Milan office to support with their growth strategy in the Italian and cross border markets.

As a key member of the EMEA Regional Marketing and Business Development team, the successful individual will lead the business development and marketing initiatives for the firms successful and growing Italian practice.

This is a varied and hands-on role which offers the opportunity for involvement in business development planning, client relationship management, proposal writing, client research, profile raising, PR and communications and events.

The firm are looking for an individual that possesses a strong business development background with experience of embedding a culture of best practice. You will work closely with the Partners in Italy to design and deliver the Italy business plan (in line with the firmwide business plan) in order to help the business grow.
