Il nostro cliente è un’importante Boutique Artigianale, nel settore lusso / abbigliamento, heritage forte e riconosciuto, particolarmente apprezzato da un pubblico sofisticato e attento al dettaglio e manifattura del prodotto.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo
Stiamo ricercando una figura di un/una Deputy Boutique Assistant, che gestisca uno Store situato a Milano Centro; la risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto estremamente qualitativo, demanding e fortemente orientato al cliente.

In particolare si occuperà della gestione e supervisione, insieme al responsabile dello Store, dell’intera Boutique.

Parteciperà attivamente all’attività di Customer Experience, finalizzata alla fidelizzazione della clientela, storytelling ed engaging dei clienti più prestigiosi e affezionati del Brand.

Analizzerà costantemente i KPI’s del punto vendita, monitorando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e prendendo decisioni strategiche per il raggiungimento di questo.
