We are looking for a **customer success guru**

Arcese is looking for a **Customer Service Specialist **in **Rovereto** (TN).
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
- Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
- Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;
- Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.
