This is a fixed-term opportunity (12 months).

As a CAM Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite Shop ops and Method Mfg Engineer to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing CAM programming to support immediate on machine problem solving.
- Providing support to the production floor, identifying main causes of production stops and creating connection with method Manufacturing Engineers and Shop floor to solve issues.
- Supporting all aspects of new tooling and method pre-production and post-launch production through to completion.
- Influencing part program design to ensure product quality and new machining method quick introduction and industrialization.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITS Prime or equivalent experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering discipline.
- Show good knowledge of machining process and machine tools.
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluation.
- Be proficient personal computer skills
