Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an **SET Leader Vehicle Thermal Systems **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Body in White, Trim & Cooling Systems.**

You will have the responsibility to manage the following activities:

- define the content of system and subsystem according to the requirements and architecture specifications for heating and cooling system
- coordinate the Simultaneous Engineering Team (SET) across the areas of Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, Logistics
- steer engineering team activity related to definition of the system, component drawings and installation in vehicle layout
- steering of the team during the sourcing process in terms of technical information, budget evaluation as well technical feasibility
- prepare technical and financial evaluation of system / component alternatives according to Product Line requests
- reporting to the area project manager and top level manager about critical issues time and cost discrepancy
- presentation of modification costs and budget request for the system industrialization
- reporting on the technical releases status on system under responsability

**About you**
- University Degree in manufacturing / engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- CatiaV5 user
- PLM Connect
- Knowledge of TL related to radiators, pipes/pumps and installation /series mounting issues
- Analysis and problem solving
- Being dynamic and flexible
- Smart and forward thinking
- Good approach to interfunctional team-work and good relational skills
