We are looking for an **HMI Project Leader** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the **Head of Electronic Car Development, HMI & Connect** and functionally to the **Coordinator of HMI, Display, Mechatronics.**

You will be responsible to coordinate the development of the HMI Concept by respecting project milestones (timing, costs) and technical specifications coming from the vehicle electronic architecture.
- HMI requirements definition and support to the HMI components developers, respecting the technical rules and guidelines related to product decisions, the electronic architecture and the integration specifications.
- HMI Concept definition - Wireframes, Logic & Flow
- HMI Development steering
- Support to the Technical Project Leader on the definition of the electronic platform of the vehicle (type of devices to be developed, feasibility, etc.) with focus on HMI premises/targets
- Work in progress report and analysis
- User Experience oriented analysis to define the best interiors components layout, function mapping, access, logics and flow for both driver and passengers
- Definition of HMI simulators and demo/test benches specifications
- Low and High level Setup, integration and update of HMI simulator and demo/test benches
- Definition of haptic, acoustic feedbacks and back/lighting targets
- Text tool definition, update and translation management
- Interface to Centro Stile for graphics definition, Interiors design dev. team, Concept Department, DMU/packaging team, Powertrain and Vehicle Dynamic team, CAD & construction developers and HMI components development team for both strategic and operative topics
- Interface to Marketing for requirements definition
- Interface with After sales to support and check User manual activities
- Interface with Quality, after sales and drivers for Lesson learnt analysis
- Interface with Product Liability, Legals for norms and guidelines analysis
- User Experience and HMI oriented benchmarking
- Monitor and guarantee the compliance to certifications and homologations requirements of all markets
- Support to self certification process (eg. FMVSS, CMVSS, KMVSS)
- Definition of technical solutions, strategies and business cases based also on both timing and investments evaluations
- Support to both hardware, software and mechanical development teams for HMI components
- Support to the definition of the product validation plan for functions and components towards the system/component supplier
- Support the validation team for the customer release
- Support production line and after sales departments for upgrades of any system belonging to the HMI environment
- Life cycle management, including further HW and SW modifications and integrating also innovative technologies
- Supporting the respective SET Leader as specialist who steers and tracks tasks, organizing and creating reports and presentations, monitoring issues, timing and budget, ensuring compliance and consistency of processes
- In order to support the development, he/she is can be requested to drive cars upon special driving license released by Lamborghini
- Work based on cooperation model between Lamborghini and other VW/AU group members for competent issues about processes, common developments and COP’s
- Management of external engineering partners, including documents and processes to support tenders
