We are looking for a **Logistics Project Leader** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the** Head of Logistics**.

You will be responsible to lead cross-functional activities on all logistic departments _(Logistic Program Planning, Logistic Engineering&Operation, Logistic Pre-Series, Logistic Series), _and in collaboration with all Department

You will be responsible to define, monitor and reach the logistic project targets in economic and timing terms, collect and evaluate the main project risks / opportunities to define the best strategy, ensure that internal information flows are effective and that the project premises are acknowledged by all logistics departments and vice versa. You will be the logistic reference in the cross-functional and project teams so that impacts / timing / premises / constraints of the institution are integrated. Moreover, you will actively participate in the negotiation during the drafting of the contract and RASI chart with internal / external suppliers to the group with the achievement of the terms and procedures required by the departments and consequent collection and signature of documentation upon agreement.
- Collecting, making plausible and homogenizing premises and values from the departments to define project targets, reviewing costs and premises and assessing the feasibility of requests for new products / processes in accordance with PEP processes and timelines.
- Conducting economic and / or qualitative analyzes by collecting and making plausible data from the logistics departments and discussing a single logístical feedback (e.g. make or buy, capacity increase, new content)
- Ensuring alignment between logistic entities regarding premises, status and updates related to company projects
- Leading the collection and harmonization of Collecting logistic project investment values, make them plausible to present them for approval to the VW group at IK / VAI headquarters.
- Leading the collection and harmonization of logistic costs and expenditure, make them plausible to present them for approval
- Leading the cross-logistic departments through the innovation&sustainability project, collecting and homogenizing premises, requirement and making plausible timing and targets
- Participating in the Project team (or cross-functional task force) for the management of logístical issues.
- Drawing up RASI charts and logistic chapters of contracts with suppliers internal / external to the VW group, participate in dedicated meetings and negotiate points of discussion obtaining terms and conditions according to the defined objectives.

**About you**
- University Degree, Engineering will be considered a plus
- At least 7 years experience in project coordination in Automotive/Manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of logistic processes
- Fluent English, German will be considered a plus
