**Who are we looking for?**:
**What will you be doing?**:

- Provide comprehensive leadership in the planning, organisation, measurement and monitoring of the activities of the Service and Spare Parts department.
- Prepare commercial offers for technical assistance and spare parts supplies.
- Manage the intervention schedule, technical staff travel and after-sales assistance activities.
- Prepare technical and financial reports at the end of installations or interventions at customer sites.
- Develop, manage and consolidate the customer portfolio, ensuring high standards of satisfaction.
- Increase sales through the acquisition of new customers and the commercial development of existing customers.
- Monitor programmes and procedures to ensure timely deliveries, correct order progress and process tracking in SAP.
- Provide constant feedback to management on operational issues, critical issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, process digitalisation and continuous workflow improvement.
- Monitor appropriate performance indicators, promoting productivity and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the technical, production and sales departments to coordinate activities.

**What competencies will you need?**:
**Education and/or experience**:

- At least 5 years of progressive experience in customer service and after-sales management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Experience in team management and coordination of operational resources.
- Experience in import/export activities.

**Technical skills**:

- Ability to use SAP and IT tools for order management, accounting and reporting.
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial plants, machinery or products.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.

**Interpersonal and organisational skills**:

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership and coordination skills for multifunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement.

**Languages**:

- Fluent Italian and English (essential requirement).
- Knowledge of a third language is an advantage, particularly German.

**We are Offering...**:
Permanent contract. National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry with a second-level contract equivalent to that of the Chemical Industry. Company computer and mobile phone provided.
