**Job Description**:
For our supply chain organization in Italy currently we are looking for a:
**Assistant to the Head of Engineering and Maintenance**

Location - Solenis Busnago plant

Duties & Responsibilities
- Participating in the coordination of daily maintenance activities at the Busnago plant, including (but not limited to) tasks such as daily management of work permits, leading and supervising contractors, documentation for approval of contractors and subcontractors
- Preparation, updating and management of P&I and Lay-out drawings (via Autocad)
- Spare parts inventory management
- Technical documents, electronic and paper, archive management
- Contribute to the daily supervision and management of the plant steam boilers
- Preparing energy consumption reports
- Management of forklift repair activities
- Participate in investment projects

The Individual
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/ Electrotechnical) or similar level of competences.
- 1- years of successful experience including internships minimum,
- Good capacity for teamwork, constructive communication, and flexibility
- Good Time management skills, capacity to work multitasking.
- Computer knowledge (MS-Office; MS packages; Autocad)
- Good level of English
