We're looking for a **KYC & Merchant Success Team Manager** to lead the teams handling the verification of customer and merchant information across our European markets during the onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and improve internal processes, proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
- Setting, Monitoring KPIs and team performance
- Provide coaching and feedback for improvement to the Team
- Suggest improvements and insights to optimize operations and the merchant onboarding experience
- Coordinate with Compliance, Sales, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth and compliant processes
- Provide Opinion to the Team for Complex Onboarding cases keeping the lead iìon high risk cases
- Update the Team on regulatory and compliance regulations news

**What We're Looking For**
- Fluent in **Italian and English**:

- Degree in **Law or Economics** (or equivalent)
- **2-4 years' experience** in a regulated financial entity, and** 5-7** as a **Team Leader**:

- Solid knowledge of **AML/KYC regulations** and **document verification systems**:

- Strong **KPI orientation** and **people management** skills

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of **French or Spanish**:

- Experience in **startups/scaleups**:

- Familiarity with **World-Check, Moody's Orbis, Fourthline**

**Soft Skills**
You're detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a great communicator. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems with a positive, can-do attitude.
