Valentina, our Merchant Success Team Leader, is looking for a
**Merchant Success Specialist** to join their team as Scalapay grows. This role is based in Milan where we would love to see you often.

**You Will**:

- Be responsible of the documents collection from our merchants (30% of the time)
- Checking and analysing our payment provider situation daily and asking for additional documents (30% of the time)
- Follow up with the merchants for the contracts to be signed (30% of the time)
- Backoffice time (10% of the time)

**Expected key results**:

- Accelerate the time to online process in a proper way
- Improve the onboarding experience
- Decrease the issues merchants can have during the onboarding process

**You’ll be great for this role if**:

- French (C2 level) is mandatory
- You’ve previously worked in a start-up/scaleup environment
- 2 years’ experience as Onboarding Specialist or any related field
- Data-driven and very organised, you like things to run like a machine
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you can break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
- You are a team player
