THE MISSION

Valentina Sapigni, our Merchant Success Team Manager, is looking for an Intern to join the team as Scalapay grows.

This role is based in Milan.

**You will**:

- Help out in the documents collection from our merchants (30% of the time)
- Checking and analyzing our payment provider situation daily and asking for additional documents (10% of the time)
- Follow up with the merchants for the contracts to be signed (30% of the time)
- Back office time (10% of the time)
- Banking operations (20%)

**Expected key results**:

- Accelerate the time to online process in a proper way
- Improve the onboarding experience
- Decrease the issues merchants can have during the onboarding process

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**Must have**
- Degree in any field
- English fluency is mandatory

**Nice to have**
- some sort of experience in Onboarding or any related field

**Soft skills**
- Data-driven and very organised, you like things to run like a machine
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you can break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
- You are a team player
