**Posizione**:
La ricerca è volta ad una figura professionale da inserire all'interno dell'**Ufficio Program Management **della **Direzione IT e Organizzazione**.
L'Ufficio rappresenta il punto di riferimento all’interno della Direzione per le strutture di business in relazione alle **attività progettuali** in corso ed ha il ruolo di monitoraggio dei **progetti strategici** e gestione, monitoraggio e rendicontazione del **portafoglio progetti IT**.
**Requisiti**:
La ricerca è volta all'inserimento di un laureato in discipline Economiche/Informatiche o in Ingegneria Gestionale con 2-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa nella gestione di progetti informatici e/o organizzativi come PM e/o PMO.
La risorsa che ricerchiamo ha avuto esperienze progettuali con metodologie sia tradizionali (waterfall) sia agile, ha un'ottima conoscenza pacchetto Microsoft Office, incluso Visio e Project ed una buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
Completano il profilo un'attitudine analitica ed un orientamento al problem solving, la propensione al lavoro in team ed ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, autonomia organizzativa e spiccata capacità di pianificazione ed una buona padronanza delle principali metodologie e best practices in ambito Project Management.
