We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Strategy Partner to join our Sales Strategy team in Brugherio (Monza).
In this role you will be responsible for leading brand and campaign strategies that engage our audiences across all TV and digital platforms, commissioning and briefing content to help deliver sales & engagement in line with our overall business strategy and innovating QVC's programming and presentations with a multiplatform approach.
Your main responsibilities will be:
**Commerce Platforms**
- To be the key representative for commerce platforms, taking a multi-platform focus considering content and sales strategy that will work effectively on all TV channels, digital web platform, apps and social media.
- Foster a close working relationship with merchandising and e-commerce teams in order to develop long term strategies and focuses for the year ahead.
- Work with the Video Content team to deliver clear briefs and commission content for promotional and editorial content for all platforms.
- To identify, develop and be responsible for devising campaign guidelines and production documents and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Work directly with external stakeholders to develop a strategy that best highlights an individual brands identity across TV and digital platforms to appeal to our customer.
- Guide the live production department, providing clear direction for on air execution and to manage the full production process from inception to broadcast on QVC Live and additional channels.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and QVC production departments to devise an engaging sales campaigns and presentation for your products or brands.
- Develop innovative creative ideas, show concepts, formats and product presentations, ensuring that the highest standards are met and maintained.
- Work on pre-production and sales strategy for all channels to help drive and maximise sales on the TV Platforms.
- To provide and develop ideas and innovative concepts for all TV Channels platforms based on business priorities.
- To manage projects both live and non-live and see them through from beginning to end.
**Business Development**
- To take a leadership role when dealing with relevant departments to identify strategic business opportunities within their product categories, keeping abreast of competitor activity and consumer trends.
- To identify, negotiate and present new concepts and events at key meetings
- In conjunction with the relevant departments to co-ordinate marketing strategy and long term programming, to maximise sales margin and to ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
- To evaluate existing programmes and completed campaigns to ensure they are engaging viewership and maximising sales, recording successes and key learns in line with KPI’s and related to ROI to maintain agility and effectiveness in the future.
**Requirements and soft skills**:
- Degree level in Media, Television Production, Marketing, Advertising, Digital media or equivalent.
- 4+ years of working experience in sales, marketing, business development or equivalent
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to be able to influence others.
- Creativity - generating ideas and concepts
- Decision Making - The ability to make sound business decisions to achieve desired results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written and the ability to build strong relationships across all departments
- Good level of computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Great time management skills and business prioritising
- Adept at dealing with competing deadlines.
- Good presentation skills essential
- Strong creative and organisational skills are essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills, logical and practical.
- Prioritising and key decision making to deliver the businesss objectives
- Leadership of team members and facilitating their development
- Strategic ability to guide the platforms and team through storytelling to deliver the optimal customer journey.
