Per rinomata Boutique di lusso situata in zona Roma Centro (RM) cerchiamo un CLIENT ADVISOR CHINESE SPEAKER. La risorsa dovrà fornire ai clienti un servizio di alta qualità soddisfacendo le esigenze e aspettative del cliente, nonché aumentare la fedeltà al marchio.
Tra le principali responsabilità:
- Servire clienti con la cerimonia di vendita;
- Fornire un'esperienza di servizio clienti salutando, ascoltando e assistendo i clienti nel superare le loro esigenze, dimostrando un'eccellente conoscenza dei prodotti;
- Garantire cross e up-selling per tutte le categorie di prodotti;
- Costruire e rafforzare le relazioni con i clienti, confrontarsi con nazionalità e personalità diverse e mettere sempre a proprio agio i clienti;
- Garantire il monitoraggio qualitativo e l'aggiornamento delle informazioni sui clienti, conformemente agli strumenti aziendali (CRM), al fine di fidelizzare i clienti effettivi e individuarne di nuovi ad alto potenziale;
- Seguire la cura dell'azienda, in conformità con gli standard e le politiche aziendali.
Tra i requisiti fondamentali:
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua cinese e inglese
- Comprovata esperienza di 1-2 anni in un ruolo simile all'interno di aziende di vendita al dettaglio di moda
- Profonda passione per la moda e il lusso
- Ottima consapevolezza commerciale e attitudine ai clienti
- Elevata flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a diversi clienti
- Forti capacità comunicative
Si offre iniziale contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato con possibilità di inserimento diretto in azienda.
