Sky Italia is looking for a resource to be included in the Resource Planning & Management area. In initial support to the tutor, the resource will follow a growth path that will allow them to support all team members on activities related to the strategic planning of resources and structures. The resource will be involved in a series of projects related to television productions, both sports and generalist.

The resource will follow the strategic planning of resources and facilities necessary for the realization of the productions, the activities related to the definition of the required effort and will provide support in the reporting process. He/She will coordinate with the teams involved in the production activities during the different project phases, from the analysis of the requirements to the progress of the budgets. This will be followed by extraction and reporting from the company tools (ScheduALL), analyzing the data and supporting the development of the KPI dashboard for the area. He /she will support the analysis of workflows with a view to simplification. Finally, the resource will follow a growth path that allows her to support all team members, in order to have a complete overview of the activities carried out by the team.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics, engineering management, data science or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel and Power Point);
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Content & Product Sky;
- Knowledge of the main project management methodologies will be considered a plus;
- Complex data analysis skills. Knowledge of planning tools will be considered a plus;
- Solid teamwork and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, proactivity and people&customer orientation.
