**What’s the role about?**

We are hiring a Problem Resolution Manager join our Engineering team, supporting the ePowertrain (ePT) Business Unit. The role is based in Bruneck (Italy) and is reporting into the xx. In this Role you are managing effectively all the mechatronic product and product development problems and associated changes for resolution within the project according ASPICE requirements.

**What will you do?**
- Set-up problem resolution management environment and tool for the project
- Plan problem resolution management and create, review and release problem resolution plan describing the strategy
- Maintain problem resolution management tool Windchill RV&S and lead change control board (CCB)
- Initial priority setting of problems and quality check of new Problem items
- Manage problem analysis including root cause analysis, effort estimation and impact analysis
- Lead CCB to Problem approvals. Initiate bug-fix countermeasures and permanent solutions
- Initiate and track change implementation, integration and validation of the countermeasure and permanent solution to closure
- Track progress of problem resolution management by metrics and report via dashboard to project
- Escalate of track progress on problem resolution to the project leader of the project Prevent reoccurrence of problems during lifecycle of the project

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Professional experience in Engineering
- Good communication and organization skills, teamwork capability
- Self-reliant and proactive working style
- Good English skills
