WELCOME STAFF Expectations: The perfect WS is a problem solver and works well in a team setting: able to anticipate possible problems before they occur and have plans A, B and C ready as a back-up. They will find a way to open doors that are closed to others and to not accept "No" as an answer. They think outside the box to get the job done. **Responsibilities**: - Check-in and welcoming clients for tours, and providing them with necessary information and materials - Preparing all necessary documentation/materials ahead of time: list of clients, reservations confirmation/vouchers, souvenirs, client gifts, etc. - Assisting the guides in organizing the group(s) before the start of the tour - Liaising with the office staff to assure that everything is running smoothly (if clients are late/missing, if they want to change or book a tour, general special requests) - Call late clients on the spot. **Job Type**: Temporary Contract length: 6 months **Salary**: €9.00 per hour **Language**: - English (required) - Italian (required) Work Location: On the road
