**Job Title: Series and Supplier Quality**
Draexlmaier is one of the world's leading suppliers of high-quality automotive interiors, electrical wiring systems, battery systems and electronic components and, as part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a quality line support person based at our customers' premises, providing on-site support and transferring relevant information to the rest of the team to ensure the highest quality product. This person will work as part of a team according to customer requirements and will excel in dealing with sophisticated technologies and premium products.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Record and report non-conformities of the delivered product.
- Record and report customer-dependent product non-conformities.
- Receive and provide initial support to the quality management representative in case of quality problems in coordination with the line support team leader.
- Act as contact person in reference to the claims
- Administer the blocked inventory, including analysis of blocked parts in cooperation with the appropriate interfaces
- Manage complaints and coordinate relevant activities including problem analysis, communication, blocking procedures and defect correction processes
- Make decisions on accepting/rejecting materials
- Monitor complaint costs
**And/or according to the department needs**:
- Working in the repairing team at DRX workshop or as Line Support team shift located at the Customer plants
- Participate in regular meeting with the Customer
- Immediate action plan implementation to manage quality problem
- First level analysis of quality problems detected at incoming area
- Support to definition and implementation of fast reworks for guaranteeing the supply continuity
- Taking decision on inhouse scrapped goods
**Skills and experience required**:
- Professional/graduated education (experienced professional) usually acquired through technical secondary school diploma or professional certification
- 3-5 years of experience in the related field
- Good English Language skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Intent and ability to work independently
- Valid EU driving licence
**Working location: Grugliasco (TO)**
Availability to undertake business trips e.g. Willingness to Travel
