**Instructional Designer**

**Location**: Milan, Italy: Hybrid

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking qualified, creative, organized, eager-to-learn individuals to design learning activities and develop interactive assignments and assessments to collaborate with our team to enhance our overall learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate, design, and develop e-learning training programs, paths, and courses.
- Define learning objectives and identify what learners need to achieve.
- Develop course content and pair it with the best media/format.
- Create interactive learning activities (exercises, quizzes, etc.)
- Compose content for learning objectives, courses, and other channels/media.
- Write storyboards for learning content and scripts for videos.
- Conduct research and analysis on learners (organize and manage interviews with them)
- Manage and maintain our Learning Management System
- Track and report the effectiveness of learning content.
- Maintain project documentation/course folders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience
- Aptitude for using e-learning tools (learning tools and learning management systems)
- Ability to write effective copies of content for courses. (Instructional text, audio scripts.)
- Up to date with the latest knowledge of instructional/delivery tools, adult educational theories/practices/methods, and can put them into practice.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (Prefer English as a mother tongue or bilingual)
- Interest in the IT sector

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge of e-learning tools, such as authoring tools (Articulate 360) and learning management systems (Talent MS)
- Experience as an Instructional Designer/Technical Writer in the IT industry
