**What you will be doing**
- Design and evolve an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers unprecedented student achievement gains
- Connect virtually with students to gather crucial insights and drive ecosystem improvements
- Transform learning analytics into actionable strategies using AI/ML and cutting-edge learning science
- Foster an environment of innovative experimentation backed by solid data
- Collaborate across teams to translate student success metrics into platform innovations

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Creating digital versions of traditional classrooms - we're building something entirely new
- Working in isolation from our student customers - their input drives our innovation
- Waiting for permission to innovate - bold, data-backed initiatives are expected
- Following conventional educational playbooks - you'll write new rules
- Resisting AI's educational potential - you'll embrace it as a transformative force

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead the revolution in AI-driven, teacher-free education across multiple campuses. Combine sophisticated data analytics with direct student feedback to optimize our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
