Your role
As Sales Data Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems
Analyzing trends, KPIs, and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies
Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams
Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes
Supporting pricing, promotions, and campaign initiatives through data analysis
Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools
Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices
What we expect from you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL)
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Understanding of sales and logistics processes
Fluent in Italian and English
