Your role
As
Sales Data Manager
, you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems
- Analyzing trends, KPIs, and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies
- Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams
- Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes
- Supporting pricing, promotions, and campaign initiatives through data analysis
- Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools
- Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices
*What We Expect From You*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL)
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of sales and logistics processes
- Fluent in Italian and English
