**Chi cerchiamo?**
Stiamo cercando una risorsa che possa unirsi al nostro team dei Servizi Generali, Mobility & Fleet. Ti occuperai di gestire e assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle attività quotidiane della nostra realtà.
**Durante questa esperienza ti dedicherai alle seguenti attività**:
- Organizzazione e gestione del parco auto aziendale e del flusso delle risorse
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di gestione della mobilità aziendale e della flotta veicolare
- Gestione delle forniture
- Logistica e coordinamento degli spazi comuni aziendali
- Monitoraggio della manutenzione delle attrezzature d’ufficio e risorse condivise
- Collaborazione con fornitori esterni per i beni e servizi necessari alle operazioni aziendali
**Hai tutte le carte in regola?**:
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolar modo Excel
- Orientamento al dettaglio e capacità organizzative
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e predisposizione al problem-solving
**Cosa offriamo?**
Stage della durata di 6 mesi (3+3) con rimborso spese mensile pari a 600€ lordi + 7 euro di ticket restaurant.
**Sede di lavoro**:Torino
**Orario di lavoro**: dal lunedì al venerdì 09:00-13:00/14:00-18:00
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
