**Posizione**:
**Facilities & Mobility Assistant**

To strengthen our **Facilities Team**, we are looking for a **Facilities & Mobility Assistant** — a versatile, proactive individual who will support the operational management of **company facilities, general services, and internal mobility**.

**ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manage **first-level help desk requests** related to facilities and general services.
- Support **onboarding activities**: preparing workstations, delivering materials, and company gadgets.
- Coordinate with **suppliers, maintenance providers, and service partners**, ensuring timely interventions and deliveries.
- Organize and maintain **office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas**.
- Manage and update **workstation assignments and inventory**.
- Plan and coordinate **corporate mobility**: transfers to/from airports, stations, hotels, and company offices.
- **Welcome and accompany** employees, guests, and consultants during events, meetings, and official visits.
- Ensure **cleanliness, maintenance, and efficiency** of company vehicles.
- Provide **logístical support** for company events, business trips, and off-site activities.
- Contribute to **continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives** within the Facilities department.

**Requisiti**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Previous experience, even short-term, in **facilities, office management, logistics, or general services**.
- **Valid driving license (Category B)** and thorough knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
- Experience or strong attitude toward **professional driving and mobility coordination**.
- Excellent **organizational and interpersonal skills**.
- Reliability, discretion, and strong **service orientation**.
- Good IT skills (MS Office Suite, ticketing or asset management tools).
- Basic knowledge of **English** (spoken and written).
- **Flexibility** and availability to travel occasionally within Italy.
- Proactive attitude, accuracy, and ability to work well in a **team environment**.
