**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** è alla ricerca di un/a **Trade Category Manager - Banco Taglio **da inserire nella **BU Cheese **all’interno della Direzione Commerciale.

La risorsa, riportando al Trade Marketing Manager Modern Trade, avrà la responsabilità di definire e monitorare la miglior strategia per tutte le categorie afferenti al canale vendita del Banco Taglio. In particolare avrà l'accountability sui risultati di volume e profit di categoria con le seguenti aree di lavoro:

- Fornire una visione prospettica delle categorie di riferimento basata sulle analisi di mercato e indagini sul consumatore e cliente;
- Identificare, raccomandare e monitorare le azioni per le categorie di riferimento al fine di elaborare e condividere i piani annuali con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Analizzare la categoria per identificare azioni di breve/medio periodo per guidare l’andamento delle vendite verso gli obiettivi annuali e per supportare la squadra vendite nella negoziazione delle azioni di categoria presso i clienti;
- Definire linee guida promozionali e assortimenti di categoria;
- Coordinare i flussi verso le funzioni vendite, controllo di gestione, planning e marketing per lo sviluppo delle strategie di categoria.

**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**
- Laurea in discipline economiche o affini;
- Esperienza pregressa di 2/3 anni in ambito commerciale, l'esperienza nelle vendite sarà considerata un plus;
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerato un plus;
- Forte orientamento al risultato e ottima capacità di problem solving;
- Spiccate doti analitiche e di leadership;
- Ottime capacità relazionali ed attitudine al team working.
