**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Scopo del Lavoro**

**Responsabilità**:

- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i clienti esistenti.
- Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e sviluppare strategie di vendita per attrarre nuovi clienti e flotte.
- Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita mensili e annuali.
- Collaborare con i team interni per garantire un'elevata soddisfazione del cliente.
- Gestire le flotte e creare report sulle performance dei prodotti, ottimizzando i costi di gestione.
- Gestire le pratiche relative al credito.

**Qualifiche ed Esperienza Richieste**:
**Formazione e Certificazioni**:

- Diploma di maturità o Laurea

**Esperienza (anni)**:

- Esperienza nelle vendite, preferibilmente nel settore automotive.

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nell'area di competenza.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team.

**Competenze Linguistiche**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
