**About the Role
**Job Purpose**:
At Bridgestone South Europe level the Pricing Specialist will support in executing the pricing strategy and ensuring pricing consistency across different markets, channels, and products, according to marketing policy and European guidelines. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-implemented and aligned with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **European Pricing Strategy Implementation**
- Assist in the implementation of European pricing strategies, ensuring price positioning aligns with Go-To-Market plans by country, channel, brand, and product.
- Support the enforcement of South Region (SOR) pricing discipline in line with EU policies to achieve our budget / OP targets.
- Contribute to channel spread management and value chain evaluation.
- Help in preparing price lists, conducting analyses.
- **Local Implementation of Pricing Platforms**
- Assist in the local implementation, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines and strategies.
- Provide support in training local team members.
- **Sales enablement and pricing execution.**
- Support tactical pricing implementations to achieve sales, NS and GP by customers, channel, brand, countries.
- Assist in managing sales conditions and tactical actions in line with GL, policies, and SOR strategy.
- Contribute to the preparation of clear communication, action items, and tools for pricing execution.
- Help streamline internal approval processes and enhance coordination with sales administration.
- **Implement Mix Culture & Intelligence**
- Contribute to maintaining price positioning in line with targets and steering the product mix.
- Assist in actions related to SMDS (Slow moving dead stock), old stock management, and product launches with clear pricing support.
- Perform in-depth analysis of product ranges to support proper sales mix and anticipate market trends.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to justify price positioning through product value arguments.
- Assist in enhancing market trends knowledge and integrating digital tools for pricing automation.
- **Budgeting & Reporting**
- Assist in the coordination of planning activities related to net sales.
- Support in preparing reports for business and performance reviews and management meetings.
- Monitor price variance contributions and collaborate with the Controlling Department for analysis**.**

**Qualifications & Experience Required**

**Education, Master, other certification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related field.

**Experience (years)**:
2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as pricing, sales, marketing, business planning, or finance, preferably within a multinational environment. Experience in a structured or matrix organization is a plus.

**Technical/Functional Skills**:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of digital tools.

**Languages Skills**:
Effective communication skills in both Italian and English.

**Soft/Behavioral Skills**:
Familiarity with market dynamics and pricing strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
