Working with the Tech Center Milano, the role of Global Product Specialist involves being the bridge between CCs global team and R&D inside the Product Company and being the technical expert for product support activities and competence development. The position is required to work in close collaboration with the other Product Specialists and with Product Managers in order to support the growth of the business in a sustainable way. This position will contribute to increased customer satisfaction to secure a premium position on the Atlas Copco offering vs competition. In this journey you will be part of the best global team. **Your responsibilities** - Proactively helping to resolve customers’ technical product issues or hot topics. - Technical reference in Marketing for QA and Manual Tightening Products. - Identifying new product development or enhancements while solving problems, and contribute to creating innovative solutions and new opportunities to meet customers’ needs. - Exploring more the proactively solving problems, by "solve it before it happens" - Perform Technical Trainings, Video & Presentations through QA Customer Experience Center in new or existing products, in order to level up the technical knowledge of CCs. - Work in collaboration with the other Product Specialists, Quality Team and R&D. - Understand global standards, market and customer requirements. - Collect and bring information/feedback from the fields to Marketing Team. - Continuously and actively globally support, which may involve visiting customer sites (if requested) - Ensure QA and MT technical material is updated according to the releases and inside the Atlas Copco standards and channels. - Be aware of the Roadmap features and new releases in order to promote our portfolio with assertive answers. **Your background** - Bachelor’s or Master's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or science equivalent area of studies. - Working in an industrial environment, ideally with engineering background. Experience in marketing is a plus. - Strong team player, collaborative, able to create a solid and reliable network that will enable us to grow as organization. - Oriented to innovative methods and new ways of doing things; been open to implement modern agile methods. - Show high commitment to customer satisfaction; engaged and an autonomous decision maker; proactive problem-solver and deal with obstacles in a positive way. - Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. - Available to travel, not extensively **More about us** At Atlas Copco we believe in challenging the status quo, always looking for a better way and working together with passion to make it happen.
