International Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by evaluating new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Understand customer and be able to respond effectively in order to satisfy their needs
- Promote company’s products and services that address or anticipate customer goals
- Prepare and manage the negotiation of sales contracts ensuring compliance with the rules and guidelines established by law
- Provide solutions to customer problems in a timely manner and aspire to offer a positive customer experience
- Report customer feedback to the company in order to improve products and services

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Sales Area Manager in Aerospace and Defense contexts
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or Marketing.
