To expand our presence in Southern Europe, we're looking for a **Sales Professional** with a passion for the healthcare industry and strong expertise in the Italian and Spanish markets.
**Your Role**
As our **International Sales Manager for Italy & Spain**, you will:
- Drive **sales performance and revenue growth** in your region
- Develop and implement **regional sales strategies**, forecasts, and budgets
- Identify and onboard **new distributors and customers**:
- Provide **technical and commercial support** to partners
- Conduct **on-site visits**, build long-term relationships, and evaluate business performance
- Prepare and support **tenders and training sessions**:
- Represent Gimmi at **international trade shows and events**:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, and international teams
**Your Profile**
- **Native** in Italian or Spanish, with **fluency** in the other
- Excellent command of **English** (spoken and written)
- Degree in **Business, Biomedical Engineering**, or **Nursing with OR specialization** _(e.g. Surgical Nurse / Scrub Nurse / “Infermiere professionale” / “Enfermero quirúrgico”)_
- Experience in **medical sales**, **operating rooms**, or with healthcare distributors (e.g., scrub nurse, biomedical engineer, physician assistant)
- Strong **self-organization**, **initiative**, and **communication skills**:
- High **travel readiness** (national and international)
- Valid **driver’s license (Class B)**

Pay: Up to €72,000.00 per year
