GSD Sistemi e Servizi sta cercando un **Order Specialist **da inserire all’interno del team AFC/Procurement.

**Principali attività**:

- creazione e gestione ordini di acquisto
- assicurare la correttezza e la completezza delle informazioni relative agli ordini
- verifica della quadratura tra fatture e ordini, e gestione/risoluzione di eventuali differenze
- attività di mediazione tra il dipartimento Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo e quello del Procurement
- attività di reportistica

**Cosa non può mancare**:

- Diploma/Laurea triennale in materie economiche/amministrative
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare)
- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa pregressa nel ruolo
- Ottime doti organizzative
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
