We are looking for a bright and motivated Tourism Executive to join our Marketing Team at McArthurGlen based in Barberino.

**What you'll be doing...**
As a Tourism Executive, you will be in charge of Manage the development, delivery and evaluation of tourism programmes to increase the Designer Outlet’s tourism-related traffic and revenue and meet established targets.

This role also consist of:

- Contribute to and implement a tourism business plan and a tourism strategy for the Designer Outlet, aligned with McArthurGlen’s Corporate Tourism Strategy to maximize the potential revenue from increased footfall
- Build strong relationships and activate local partnerships with key tourism players: tour operators, concierge associations, tourism associations, companies, hotel groups, embassies, etc.
- Create bookable tourism packages leveraging on on-site offers and relevant local tourist experiences to improve destination appeal of the Designer Outlet

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Tourism and/or Marketing qualification preferred
- Must have relevant local tourism/travel trade experience with a strong network in Florence
- A commercial approach
- Fluent English and Italian
- Ideally from Hospitality or travel industry
- Must be proactive with the ability to work independently
- MS Office skills: Advanced level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Outlook
