Our client is **PIXARTPRINTING**, an** **innovative and fast growing international company** that operates in the **e-commerce and e-printing sector,** wich provide customised online printing services, produces magazines, catalogues, labels, packaging, printing on têxtiles and much more.

For them we are looking for the **HEAD OF COMMUNICATION** that will be responsible on defining and shaping the overall brand strategy for the different Brands, from research to execution while collaborating closely with teams and executives across the business, aligning all the communication assets and creativity to that positioning, with specific focus on advertising (creative), content, product and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- You develop the brand strategy, align, and communicate the positioning for the Brands and build a creative vision behind that, with defined goals and objectives
- You provide creative direction and coaching to the Creative Studio team; provide creative quality control over concepts and execution
- You be responsible for Content Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media strategy, Creative, Localization and Events
- You work with cross-functional teams to translate the brand positioning to content, product, services, communication to customers and prospects, marketing campaigns and advertising, go to market and customer care.
- You serve as brand advocate and develop brand ambassadors, so the brand is coming to life consistently
- You lead and mentor the organization in the conceptual development/ideation and leverage research, analytics, and brand insights, and ensure excellent execution (planning, timing, quality)

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- 7+ years of experience in branding with a leading branding and creative strategy agency, and leading the brand team in a product/tech company (experience in both B2B and B2C is preferred)
- Proven brand management skills from research, analysis, and strategy to execution in the company and market; experience leading creative teams and agencies, and working with marketing, creative agencies, and production companies
- You are a left
- and right-brained thinker able to bring together data and strategic thinking with creative campaigns and brand assets that will drive meaningful growth
- You are an Inspiring and effective team leader, providing vision and direction to the full Brand team as well as to the wider Pixartprinting organization
- You are experienced in coaching more junior team members
- You are able to work cross-functionally and translate business goals into communication strategy and asset creation
- You are an outstanding communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to convince and create consensus across various stakeholders
- You speak fluent English and Italian, French will be considered a plus
- You are enthusiastic, ambitious and Results driven
