Finance Regional Process Expert

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The Finance Regional Process Expert (RPE) acts as a business partner to the Finance teams to establish best in class accounting processes in the Shared Service Center (SSC)/Market Organization. The person in this role leads Finance Accounting projects and tool implementations and acts as the link between global, regional and local markets, ensuring adherence to global standards while keeping local requirements in mind.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- As the Finance Process Expert, you will drive the Finance Accounting projects (General Ledger, Account Payable, Account receiveble) and tool implementations for the Shared Service Center and/or across your Region, and co-ordinate and test any changes and upgrades to the ERP system. You will identify and implement end-to-end process improvements using continuous improvement tools and best suited technologies. Supporting Internal Control System related process improvements and analyzing and steering accounting related process KPIs are two other key responsibilities in this position.From a people perspective, you will train and support Shared Service Center team members, Accounting team members and Finance leaders to drive operational excellence and compliance.- With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will challenge the status quo, taking calculated risks to drive and develop innovation from within. You will recognize and exploit process related opportunities within the Shared Service Center/Region and proactively monitor the external environment and translate relevant trends into the organization, to ensure agility and value creation.**Strong orientation to project & process management and collaboration with other teams.**

- BSc Degree in IT or Economics
- Good knowledge SAP ByD and excel is an advantages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian language, additional language is an advantages
- Evidence of acting as business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders
- To be highly organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel
