We are looking to hire a **Product Manager** **for the chargers' assembly line in Vignola.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:

- Leads the operational execution of strategy, delivering unique product value, based on customer demands and market’s feedback.
- Develops action plans in order to organize all Product Management (PM) tasks, deadlines, priorities and targets.
- Coordinates and oversees the operations of the Product Management (PM) department in order to ensure the execution of tasks.
- Acts as a key communication liaison with internal stakeholders (i.e. marketing & sales teams) in order to resolve issues related to products and ensure the efficiency in product development.
- Communicates with customers and partners in order to inform them about product changes/revisions, in collaboration with other internal teams.
- Consults Product Managers in case of complex RFQs, tenders, requests and demands.
- At least 4 years of working experience in product management or product marketing in a company with manufacturing facilities
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) would be a great asset
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent **Italian** (verbal and written)
- Very good verbal and written **English** with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
