As our Director of Learning, you'll be the mastermind behind an educational revolution that's already proving its worth. This role combines the analytical precision of a data scientist with the strategic vision of an educational innovator. You'll be both architect and explorer, using AI's predictive power to forge new paths in learning while working directly with students to understand and enhance their educational journey.

**What you will be doing**
- Design and evolve a revolutionary AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes
- Connect with students through virtual platforms to gather crucial insights and feedback that drive system improvements
- Transform complex learning data into actionable strategies using advanced AI/ML techniques

**Key Responsibilities**

Spearhead the development and optimization of an AI-powered learning ecosystem across multiple campuses, eliminating the need for traditional teachers while achieving superior student outcomes. Success will be measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, driven by a combination of sophisticated data analytics and direct student engagement.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven track record in educational or EdTech leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong track record in cross-functional leadership and project management
