**What you will be doing**
- Designing and continuously improving an AI-driven educational ecosystem that exceeds the performance of traditional methods, demonstrated by improved student achievement metrics
- Interacting with students on virtual platforms to gather insights on their learning experiences, using this information to enhance the learning ecosystem
- Analyzing data from the learning platform to identify actionable insights and design impactful interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational practices
- Promoting a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decisions, using data to significantly advance student growth
- Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to transform academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Simply wrapping traditional education in an AI facade. This is about reimagining education, not replicating it digitally.
- Analyzing data in a vacuum. Regular interaction with K-12 students is crucial, treating their feedback as valuable input from our stakeholders.
- Waiting for consensus to innovate. You'll advocate for a bold vision and galvanize others around data-backed outcomes.
- Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across multiple campuses. Combine data analytics with regular student interactions to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, as evidenced by AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Leadership experience in education or EdTech
- Experience with AI technologies in educational or professional settings
- Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational methods
- Proven ability to convey complex educational and technical ideas to varied audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
