**Commodity Buyer**:

- gestione operativa e strategica del parco fornitori delle categorie d'acquisto assegnate
- richiesta di offerta e preparazione pacchetti di sourcing / resourcing
- negoziazione prezzi di acquisto
- scouting di nuovi fornitori
- definizione di contratti quadro ed LTA con i fornitori chiave
- definizione ed implementazione di potenziali accordi logistici, supportando l'ente Logistica
- proporre, pianificare ed eseguire iniziative finalizzate a ridurre / ottimizzare il costo d'acquisto
- supportare il processo di escalation

Requisiti posizione

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale o in Economia
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella funzione Acquisti in contesti industriali /elettromeccanici
- Esperienza di Acquisti di Beni Diretti
- Conoscenza della supply chain e dei processi operativi di contesti produttivi
- Capacità negoziali e di trattativa; sourcing e marketing d'acquisto
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- Conoscenza di Office e ottima padronanza di Excel
- Capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Autonomia organizzativa e capacità di lavorare secondo obiettivi ed in ottica strategica per l'azienda
- Attitudine al miglioramento continuo
- Disponibilità a possibili trasferte Italia/Estero

Completano il profilo capacità di adattamento, orientamento al risultato, capacità di analisi e capacità di gestire lo stress.
