Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nell'area X di Raytec Vision, società del Gruppo CFT, leader nel settore Sorting, nel ruolo di Quality Manager. Le responsabilità del ruolo includono le attività di monitoraggio e di miglioramento della qualità dei processi operativi e dei risultati.

ATTIVITÀ
- Sviluppo e implementazione di standard di qualità;
- Sviluppo e implementazione di sistemi di controllo della qualità;
- Monitoraggio e analisi delle prestazioni di qualità delle forniture;
- Ispezione e verifica di materiali, apparecchiature, processi e prodotti per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche di qualità;
- Collabora con i responsabili operativi per sviluppare e implementare controlli e miglioramenti;
- Collabora con i responsabili tecnici per supportare lo sviluppo prodotto al fine di migliorare gli aspetti qualitativi;
- Collabora con la funzione acquisti nella qualifica dei fornitori;
- Analisi e risoluzione dei problemi relativi al prodotto o alla produzione;
- Sviluppo di azioni correttive, soluzioni e miglioramenti;
- Revisione di codici, specifiche e processi.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI
- Laurea in ingegneria di qualità, industriale o meccanica;
- È preferibile certificazione Six Sigma;
- Esperienza superiore a 5 anni in ingegneria della qualità, garanzia della qualità o un ruolo simile;
- Esperienza nella codifica e nell'utilizzo di strumenti e processi software QA;
- Capacità comunicative ed interpersonali;
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- Eccellenti capacità di gestione del progetto.
