Position

**Bulgari S.p.A.**, within the **Corporate** **Human Resources Department** based in **Rome**, is searching for a **Visual Designer**.

Working in our Headquarters in Rome, s/he will be responsible for the content production for **Internal Communications**, **People Engagement** and **Learning**, visualizing, and creating assets on multiple media channels.

**Main responsibilities**
- Guarantee active contribution on a wide range of projects, using dedicated software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Create digital/print layouts, illustrations, videos and impactful presentations for internal communications and learning.
- Guarantee the qualitative and timely data-entry using a content management system and optimizing assets for web, in collaboration with other functions and based on project plans.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Identity department to create contents compliant with Brand Communication.
- Collaborate closely with IT department to design and implement web and mobile platforms.
- Produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience.

Profile

**Professional Skills**
- Master’s degree in Visual/Graphic Design or equivalent
- 2/3 years’ experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of design trends
- Project Management skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- Experience in videomaking, expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro). Motion graphic with After Effects will be considered as a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of web content management
- Knowledge of User Interface
- Mother tongue/Fluency in Italian and English
