**In alignment with the company engagement strategy, the Internal Communication intern is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications and engagement programs to actively involve internal audiences across the organization, and for evaluating the impact in order to continuously improve effectiveness. The Internal Communication Intern will join the HR team.**

**What you will do**
- ** Translates communication strategies into key messages and internal communications initiatives, and executes and drives programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape culture.**
- ** Supports the organization of internal events in coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers, including the admin aspects**
- ** Develops communication plans using a variety of tools & channels (written communications, presentation materials, Google Meet and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages.**
- ** Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.**
- ** Collaborate with different teams to develop innovative content and tools (videos, podcasts, blogs, etc.) to inform, engage and excite employees**
- ** Support the HR Team for the employer branding initiatives (visual, materials, etc.)**
- ** Performs other duties as assigned**
- ** Complies with all policies and standards**

**Required Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor or Master’s Degree Preferably in Marketing and Communication, Advertising or Digital Communication.**
- ** At least a previous experience in the Marketing/Digital Communication and or Internal Communication area, will be considered a plus**
- ** Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned**
- ** Fluent in Italian and English is required**
- ** Good knowledge of Office suit or Google Collaboration Tools**
