For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for a Payment Acceptance Support (Project Manager). Location : onsite in Milan (Italy). It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
**Competenze richieste**: Key Responsibilities : - Manage the implementation of the POS acceptance solution and infrastructure;
- Build and monitor all POS and ATM business requirements and project plans;
- Produce product specifications and documentation for all POS acceptance and other-schemas cardholders sales solutions (as required);
- Conduct site visits and discovery sessions to identify operational requirements;
- Supervise POS system software and hardware configuration tests;
- Provide support for the development of required daily reporting across product categories with the acquirer;
- Develop a POS Help Desk plan;
- Develop POS and other-schemas cardholders sales training materials (as required) and troubleshooting materials for all onsite Event staff. Preferred Skillset/Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent expertise in the Financial Services Industry;
- Knowledge of local financial services/acquiring systems;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
