Intern Billing Accountant

We are hiring for an Intern Billing Accountant to join us on a 6 month FTC from our Milan, Italy office.
In this role you will produce accurate and timely customer billing, dealing with and reducing invoice queries and credit notes, to ensure that revenue and debtors are accurately recorded and to contribute to high levels of customer service through prompt and accurate billing and minimisation of queries.
Key Responsibilities;- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered to create accurate information.- Respond promptly to requests to take actions to resolve queries and correct the source of errors including the investigation of errors and queries, identification of root causes and agreement and communication of resolution to meet the requirements of Service Level Agreements.- Reconcile reported revenue against invoicing records to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with accounting for accrued and deferred income in line with agreed processes and procedures
Salary circa €600 per month.

About You- Fluent in Italian & English, written and spoken- Keen interest in Accountancy- Knowledge of Accountancy methods- Experience of using Excel and other MS Office programmes
