The resource will support the Team in all the activities related to Product Development Cost Controlling, in terms of Creation Expenses and Product Costing (related to Product Development) and in coordination with the Finance Department. Providing reports and developing ad hoc analysis, collaborating mainly with Product Managers Team, Finance and Supply Chain, providing actual data evidences and participating in budget and forecast process.
- Reporting and analysis:

- Supports the monthly check of Budget consumption on Proto and Samples development and on Legal & Professional Fees. Reconciliation with “financial” view, evidence of deviation (if any) from forecast;
- Collaborates with Finance in the redefinition of the Development Cost Control Model;
- Supports the classification of production contexts (Prototyping and Sampling), to ensure the reconciliation between the management view of the ProJ/DWH source and the administrative/accounting view of the SAP/HFM source;
- Samples Drop Analysis (finished products and raw materials);
- Leftover consumption evolution (development and production raw materials);
- Inventory periodic check support (inventory dates planning with Business Lines, opening/closing inventories, sharing of evidences and recommendation).
- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Participates to budget and forecast processes working with Product Development Department and Finance;
- Collections costing trend anticipation (Collections Costing Set-up): raw materials expected costs evolution in coordination with Textile Division, Façon expected evolution (Inflation, decoupling, etc.), cost reduction commitments, “Manifatture” standard costs evolution (effect on Product Costing and standards for development).
- Ensures that the requests for evolutionary maintenance or development on area systems (PLM, ProJ, DWH, BI, etc.) are represented during the budgeting phase, are detailed in terms of functional requirements, conducted in collaboration with IT PMs and adequately tested in releases.

**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Economics, Management or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in Controlling Area, Industrial Control and Product Costing;
- IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), good knowledge of Business Object and similar reporting tools is a strong plus;
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus);
- Analysis, reporting, synthesis abilities;
- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility.
