**DAS SPRICHT SIE AN**:
- Koordination der Serviceaufträge und Verantwortung für Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen
- Organisation von Servicearbeiten an Biogasanlagen mit Beachtung der Personalressource
- Kundenbetreuung hinsichtlich technischer und kaufmännischer Anfragen inkl. Angebotslegung und Auftragsabwicklung
- Technische Hilfestellung für Kunden
- Abhandeln von Gewährleistungsfällen
**DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Umwelttechnik, Maschinenbau o.Ä.
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anlagenbau und/oder erneuerbare Energien
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Italienisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
